我国海洋波浪能领域专利竞争态势分析 被引量:3

摘要 从专利类型、技术领域、专利分布情况及主要专利权人等方面分析了海洋波浪能中国专利布局现状,并根据专利分析结果对我国海洋波浪能技术研发及产业发展提出了建议。分析结果显示,我国在海洋波浪能技术方面已有初步的专利积累,并且其专利申请量继续保持增长趋势,但海洋波浪能中国专利主要由我国个人所申请,此外是大专院校和科研单位在进行该领域的技术研发,而我国介入海洋波浪能研发与产业化的企业太少。我国应有相应的政策支持,进一步加大对海洋波浪能关键技术的研发投入,鼓励更多的企业进入海洋波浪能领域。 The profile of China patents on ocean wave energy is analyzed from aspects of patent type,technology field,patent distribution and major patentee,and as the results of patent analysis we make recommendations on China ocean wave energy technology R D and industrial development.The results of patent analysis show that an initial accumulation of patents on ocean wave energy has been made by domestic patentees,and the number of patent applications is on a sustained growth.But China patents on ocean wave energy are mainly from individual applications.In addition,the universities and research institutes are conducting research in the field of technology.Yet the enterprises involved in the research and development are too few.Our government should have the corresponding policy support,further increase investment in ocean wave energy key technologies,and encourage more enterprises to enter this field.
