摘要
中小学校长领导能力涉及内部与外部两个层面,其与学历、经历的相关性研究是学者关注的重要课题。基于"美国教育领导立法会校长领导标准",运用自行设计的"校长领导能力问卷"进行的调查研究显示:我国中小学校长内部领导能力显著低于外部领导能力;校长学历与领导能力没有显著的相关性;经历与领导能力存在以三年为界的较复杂的关系等。
The schoolmaster leadership involves both the internal and external aspects, and the correlational study of it with the diploma and experience is an important research issue cared about by the scholars. A survey was made with the questionnaire of schoolmaster leadership on the basis of the Criterion of the Schoolmaster Leading of American Education Leading Legislation. The results show that the internal leadership is significantly lower than the external leadership; there is no significant relationship between schoolmasters' diploma and their leading capacity; there exists a complicated relationship between their experience and their leading capacity with a three-year limit.
