摘要
本文提出了旅游本科教育萎缩、旅游本科人才市场需求不足、旅游毕业生非旅游行业就业3者之间的悖论现象。利用供求理论分析了在高价格低弹性、低价格高弹性两条需求曲线下,供需均衡点的确定,进而分析三方悖论产生的原因是旅游本科教育的需求认知和培养方向错位。同时,提出了三方悖论产生的高等旅游本科教育萎缩效应和行业就业挤出效应。针对这一问题,本文提出了旅游本科教育培养有显著竞争优势和专业实践能力的中高级管理人才的定位,并指出了细化本科专业、建设特色教育品牌、建设网络课程体系、提高管理实践能力、创建多项实习组合模式和虚拟师资系统等6个突破点。
The paper puts forward the paradox among shrinking tourism undergraduate education, demand of the market demand gap and employment out of the tourism industry. Supply-demand theory is been used to analyze the equilibrium point in condition of high-prices and low elastic demand create, or low price and high elasticity demand curve. Therefore, the reason of the the three things' paradox is that undergraduate education has misplaced the demand cognitive and training direction. Meanwhile, the effect of shrinking tourism undergraduate education and employment out of the tourism industry are put forward. The cultivating positioning should be educating the undergraduate students to be senior management persounels who have significant and competitive advantage, at same time, have professional practice ability. The critical points are six which are thinning undergraduate specialty, constructing special education brand, establishing the network course system, improving the management practice ability, creating multiple practice combination pattern and virtual teachers system.
