摘要
目的:优选犬问荆山奈素提取中的水解条件。方法:以山奈素含量为指标成分,采用正交试验法,考察水解时间、水解温度和加盐酸量3个因素(每个因素取3个水平)对山奈素提取的水解条件进行优选。结果:山奈素提取的最佳水解条件为加盐酸2.5 mL、60℃水解30 min。结论:优选得到山奈素提取的水解条件稳定、合理。
Objective:To optimize hydrolysis condition of kaempferol extraction from Equisetum palustre.Method:Orthogonal design was adopted and content of kaempferol was taken as index.The volume of hydrochloric acid,time and temperature of hydrolysis were selected as variable factors.Thus,the optimum condition was determined.Results:The optimum hydrolysis condition for kaempferol were as follows:hydrolyzing for 30 min at 60 ℃ with 2.5 mL hydrochloric acid.Conclusion:The optimized hydrolysis condition is stable and feasible.
