彩色多普勒超声对实验性健康新西兰兔心脏结构及功能的检测价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的使用二维、M型及彩色多普勒超声对健康成年新西兰兔心脏结构和功能进行分析,旨在探讨其对小动物实验研究的价值。资料与方法健康成年新西兰兔84只(2.0~2.5kg,4~6月龄),3%戊巴比妥钠溶液(30mg/kg体重)经耳缘静脉注射进行麻醉。采用Sequoia512彩色多普勒超声诊断系统,测量房室腔大小及反映心脏功能的指标,同步记录心电图及呼吸曲线。结果左心房、左心室、右心室收缩末期前后径分别为0.55±0.13cm、0.76±0.17cm及0.34±0.06cm。左心室舒张末期前后径1.24±0.15cm,右心房收缩末期横径0.56±0.11cm。左心室每搏量2.64±0.92ml,射血分数70.30%±8.86%,短轴缩短率36.81%±7.38%。三尖瓣E峰、A峰、E/A比值、三尖瓣环处组织多普勒e峰在吸气相较呼气相高(P<0.05)。左心室及右心室Tei指数在呼气相和吸气相之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声心动图对于评价兔心脏结构与功能效果较好。 Purpose To investigate the cardiac structure and function in healthy New Zealand rabbits using two-dimensional, M mode and Doppler echocardiography, and to establish normal reference values. Materials and Methods Eighty-four healthy adult New Zealand rabbits (2.0-2.5kg, 4-6mon) were included. Anesthesia was induced by 3% pentobarbital solution which was infused via auricular vein at 30 mg/kg. Sequoia 512 ultrasound instrument was utilized. Systolic left and right atrial dimensions (LAS, RAS), systolic and diastolic left ventricular dimensions (LVS, LVD) and systolic right ventricular dimension (RVS) were measured using two-dimensional and M mode echocardiography. Transmitral and tricuspid inflow (E, A) as well as the mitral and tricuspid annular velocities (e, a) were measured using Doppler echocardiography. LV ejection fraction (EF), short-axis fractional shortening (FS), stroke volume (SV), E/A ratio, e/a ratio, and Tei index were calculated. Electrocardiogram and respiration curves were synchronously recorded. Results The normal values of the cardiac size and function were as follows: LAS=0.55±0.13cm, LVS=0.76±0.17cm, LVD=1.24±0.15 cm, RVS=0.34±0.06cm and RAS=0.56±0.11cm; EF=70.30%±8.86%, FS=36.81%±7.38% and SV=2.64±0.92 ml. E, A, E/A ratio and e of tricuspid valve, but not the a and e/a ratio, were significantly increased during inspiration than expiration (P0.05). The parameters of the mitral valve and the Tei index were not significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion Rabbits cardiac structure and function can be evaluated by conventional echocardiography.
