等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌的疗效观察 被引量:47

摘要 早期喉癌治疗的目标是既能彻底切除病变又能最大限度地保留喉的功能。近年来,等离子射频消融等微创技术被广泛地应用于耳鼻喉科疾病治疗之中。我科于2007年10月至今已尝试使用等离子射频消融术对36例T1、Tis、T2早期声门型喉癌患者进行了治疗,并进行5个月~3年2个月的随访观察,疗效较满意,现将随访观察时间满2年的17例病例报告如下。
