摘要
目的评估健康教育在实施新生儿听力筛查中的重要性。方法调查1 216例接受健康教育及与896例未接受健康教育的产妇及其新生儿,比较两组家长对筛查的认知接受度和新生儿听力筛查率。结果经健康教育后,新生儿听力的初筛率、复筛率提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);家长对新生儿听力筛查目的、必要性、结果的认可,以及对筛查结果和复查随访的接受度均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论健康教育有利于提高家长对新生儿听力筛查的认知度,有助于新生儿听力筛查工作的顺利开展。
Objective To evaluate the importance of health education in undertaking newborn hearing screening.Methods 1 216 lying-in women were selected as observation group to take health education and 896 lying-in women who were not given health education as control group.The parental acceptance of newborn hearing screening was compared between two groups.Results The result showed that the rates of initial screening and second screening in obvervation group were higher than those in control group(P 0.01).After the health education,the parents showed better understanding in the purpose,the necessity and the outcome of newborn hearing screening.The parental acceptance of screening outcomes and the compliance to second screening follow-up were increased remarkably.Conclusions Health education is helpful in strengthening the parental cognition on newborn hearing screening,and pushing forward the work of newborn hearing screening.
