铜绿假单胞菌外膜蛋白F疫苗的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa,PA)是广泛存在于自然界中的革兰阴性(G-)杆菌,代谢的多样性决定其能在不同的环境中生存,包括土壤、水生环境、植物以及动物组织中。对人类来说,PA是机会致病菌,常引起如囊性纤维化、烧伤、尿管置入、医院获得性肺炎、肿瘤化疗等免疫缺陷或免疫功能受损患者发生致命性感染,是院内感染主要的病原体之一。
