摘要
全面回顾了改革开放以来我国住房保障制度的发展历程,分析梳理了济南市保障性住房建设的现状和存在的问题,从宏观政策和具体技术层面提出了进一步完善济南市保障性住房制度建设的建议和对策,可以为省内乃至国内其他城市保障性住房建设提供有益的参考和借鉴。
This thesis reviews the overall development of Chinese affordable housing security system since the reform and opening up, analyzes the situations and problems of the construction of the affordable housing system in Jinan area, and then puts forward the strategies on this subject, which will be quite valuable for the resettlements in other areas in China.
