右美托咪定在小儿围手术期的应用进展 被引量:16

摘要 盐酸右美托咪定(dexmendetomidine hydrochloride,DEX)是一种新型的高选择性的α肾上腺素能受体激动剂(与α2、α1肾上腺素能受体结合的比例为1600:1),它能作用于脑和脊髓的α2肾上腺素能受体,抑制神经元放电,产生镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、器官保护等作用。DEX在很多方面所产生的镇静效果是独特的,并且呈现剂量依赖性。同时,DEX没有成瘾性,对呼吸系统抑制也非常轻微。
