摘要
目的利用光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪(FODT-601),在线监测不同厂家阿莫西林分散片溶出度,以评价其工艺质量。方法采用测定波长272 nm,参比波长550 nm,以水为溶出介质,温度37℃,转速75 r/min,数据采样间隔30 s,监测时间30 min,采用桨法,用光程为5 mm的光纤探头监测其溶出曲线。结果 4个不同厂家的阿莫西林分散片溶出度均符合规定,但溶出速度和曲线存在差异。结论光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪监测手段先进,获得信息更加完整,可以准确、连续、真实地反映药物溶出的过程。
Objective To monitor the drug dissolution of Amoxicillin dispersible tablets from four manufactories and investigate the differences in quality among the tablets by using fiber optic drug dissolution test system(FODT-601).Methods Amoxicillin dispersible tablets were dissolved with water that was used and were determined by 5 mm fiber optic probes.The paddle method with a rate of 75 r/min was used.The determination and reference wavelengths were set at 272 nm and 550 nm,respectively.Dissolution data was collected every 30 s during a 30 min run.Results The dissolutions of Amoxicillin dispersible tablets produced by all the four manufactories met the standards of National Formulary(2005),but there were apparent differences in dissolution speed and curves.Conclusion The dissolution test of sodium naproxen controlled-release tablets by optic fiber chemical sensor dissolution test system and UV spectrophotometry the fiber-optic sensor dissolution test system is capable of the literal dissolution process of a drug and supplying more complete and accurate details of the dissolution process,so that the differece in dissolution for the same drug among different manufactories can be detected.
