摘要
目的探讨乳腺黏液腺癌的超声表现及误诊原因。方法回顾性分析手术病理证实的乳腺黏液腺癌107例116个病灶的超声声像图特征,总结导致误诊的原因。结果 116个病灶中单纯型黏液癌35个,混合型黏液癌81个。超声诊断恶性病变85个,诊断纤维腺瘤22个,其它良性病变9个。超声诊断正确率为73.3%;超声诊断良性病变31个,误诊率为26.7%。乳腺黏液腺癌的声像图特征为实性低回声肿块,内部回声不均,后方回声不变或增强;彩色多普勒显示阻力指数>0.7。结论充分认识乳腺黏液腺癌的超声表现可减少误诊。
Objective To investigate the features of mucinous carcinomas of the breast on ultrasonography and the causes of misdiagnosis.Methods Ultrasonographic features of mucinous carcinomas of the breast in 116 cases which were confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed,and analyzed the causes of misdiagnosis.Results In these 116 cases,there were a simple type mucinous carcinomas in focus for 35 lesions,mixed mucinous carcinomas for 81 lesions.Ultrasound diagnosis as follows： 85 cases of malignant change,fiber adenoma of 22 cases,other benign lesions of 9 cases.Accuracy rate of Ultrasound diagnosis is for 73.3% and the misdiagnosis rate is for 26.7%.Conclusion The typical appearance of mucinous carcinomas of the breast on ultrasonography is hypoechogenic solid tumor with acoustic unchanged or enhance.Color doppler flow imaging（CDFI） shows RI0.7,which is helpful in the differential diagnosis of breast tumors with ultrasonography.
