摘要
针对机械产品中典型部件设计存在的问题,研究运行于CAD平台下的快速设计系统,讨论了系统实现的体系结构及数据构造方案。对系统实现的关键技术进行了深入研究,提出基于全参数耦合建模的典型部件模板设计方法,实现了参数编辑方式优化及自动装配定位。通过应用实例进行了系统验证,具有较强的实用性。
In order to improve the design efficiency of typical part for mechanical products, the paper studied the rapid design system running under the CAD platform, and discussed systematic realizing the structure and data construction program. With deep research on the key technologies, the paper put forward typical part modeling design method based on whole parameters couple of the system modeling, thus realized parameter editing and automatic assembly. Experimental results testified that the method can improve the efficiency significantly with strong practicability. [ Ch,7 fig. 9 ref. ]
