摘要
以光合细菌和枯草芽孢杆菌混合菌液作为一种微生物制剂应用于大菱鲆养殖水体中作为试验组(B组),不添加微生物制剂的养殖池作为对照组(A组),采用7 d的换水周期,以pH、温度、溶氧量、氨氮、亚硝氮等水质参数及成活率、体重和体长增长率为检测指标,确定微生物制剂对大菱鲆生长的影响;与对照组相比,添加了微生物制剂的试验组水质明显改善,浓度为104CFU/mL时,效果最好,氨氮和亚硝氮含量分别降低了40.3%和44.9%;大菱鲆成活率、体重和体长增长率则分别提高了11%、66%、16%。由此可见,此种微生物制剂能够改善水质、提高大菱鲆的成活率、促进生长。
Combining 7 d water exchange cycle, one group (B group) as the test group was added with microorganism reagent composed of photosynthetic bacteria and Bacillus Subtilis, and one group with nothing added was control (A group). Then, determination was carried out on pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, NH4-N, NO2-N, survival rate, body weight gain and body length growth rate. Determining the effects of the microorganism reagent on the growth of the Scophthlmus maxims was detected during the period of experiment (the moment before changing seawater). The results showed that quality of the rearing water in test group was obviously improved and the high-dose group (10^4 CFU/mL) was the best. Then NH4-N and NO2-N was decreasing by 40.3% and 44.9% respectively. Compared to the production group, the survival rate increased by 11%, while, body weight gain and body length growth rate increased by 66% and 16% respectively. The microorganisms could improve water quality, increase turbot survival rate and production.
