摘要
在高校体育健身跑教学中,应注重讲授理论知识和运用暗示法等心理方法,调整学生心理状态,选择适宜的运动负荷,采用多样灵活的组织形式,以提高健身跑的教学效果。
In College Physical Education,speculative knowledge tuition and suggestion should be paid more attention.In order to improve the effects of jogging,we should adjust students' mentality,to choose proper sports load,to adopt flexible ways of organization.
