摘要
利用脱硫建筑石膏为主要原料,通过掺加粉煤灰、激发剂、减水剂、缓凝剂等掺合料进行改性处理,研制了一种墙体灌浆料。试验表明,脱硫建筑石膏墙体灌浆料流动度达到80mm以上,抗压、抗折强度分别达到8.39MPa和3.70MPa,软化系数0.75,初凝和终凝时间分别为50min和57min,是一种理想的石膏墙体灌浆料。
The wall grouting material was successfully prepared from desulphurization building gypsum modified by adding fly ash, activator, water reducer and retarder as admixture. The results show that the gypsum wall grouting material with well performances of compressive strength of 8.39MPa, flexural strength of 3.70MPa, softening coefficient of 0.75, initial setting time of 50min and final setting time of 57min was prepared when the fluidity was over 80 mm.
