摘要
以甲类易燃液体库为例,探讨易燃液体泄漏的典型事故场景及火灾爆炸事故发生的可能性,采用多能法定量评估"最坏事故场景"对人员和建构筑物的伤害和破坏范围,分析事故通风换气对可燃气云爆炸浓度范围的影响作用,并提出防火防爆的安全对策措施。
Taking a class-A flammable liquid storeroom as an example,the typical accident scenarios of flammable liquid leakiness,and the probability of fire and explosion accident were discussed.The best worst accident scenario was quantitative evaluated by TNO method,and the damage and incidence zone to people and building were determined.Moreover,accident draught of storeroom works on explosive concentration scope,influence process of which were depicted.Finally,some countermeasures for preventing and controlling accidents were put forward.
