摘要
目前的装定器检测硬件基本以AD器件、主控MCU(单片机)和DSP为基础,软件使用VB和VC等文本语言,它的设计复杂、灵活性差,很难将实时数据绘制成图形,整个测试过程几乎仅限于简单的模仿人工测试。针对这些问题提出了基于虚拟仪器的装定器检测方法。该方法将采集的数据正确地以实时图形的方式显示且利用Labivew软件自带的工具包分析和处理实时数据。实际测试表明解决了文本编程语言下实时图形绘制难以及数据的分析处理要借助于其他工具才能实现的问题。该测试系统具有操作灵活、功能全、分析精度高的特点,满足了对装定器性能测试的要求。
At present,the hardware of fuze setter examination instruments mainly consist of AD device,MCU and DSP,and its software part is usually developed by VB,VC or other text languages,which is complicated and lack of flexibility and it is hard to draw figures of real-time data.The whole examination procedure just imitates the manual testing.To solve the above problems,a setter examination method based on virtual instrument was proposed.By this method,the collected data was displayed correctly in real-time figures and the data could be analyzed and processed by tools pack in Labview.It was proved in actual tests that the method solved the problems of drawing figure of real-time data and processing it.This testing system was of flexible operation,full function and high accuracy,and met the needs of setter examination.
