摘要
在当前复杂的医疗环境下,如何加强儿科临床实习医生教学,将之培养为合格的儿科医生,已成为带教教师面临的重要课题。文章结合自身多年的临床教学经验,论述加强医患沟通、建立和谐互信医患关系、加强自身医德医风建设,开展新形势下的实习生带教工作在儿科临床教学中的重要性。
Under the current complicated medical situation, how to teach interns in clinical practice and train them to be qualified pediatricians is an important mission to pediatric teachers. Based on our clinical experience, the paper discusses the importance of doctor-patient communication, improving physicians＇ medical ethics and adopting new teaching methods in clinical pediatric teaching.
