摘要
自2004年起,我国农业剩余劳动力的转移进入了一个转折阶段,表现为新生代农民工大都实现了非农就业,农业雇工工资开始与农民工工资趋同,农业生产中资本投入比重迅速增加。资本对劳动的替代,使得农业生产的现代化程度大幅度提高,标志着我国正在进入全面推进农业现代化的关键阶段。适应现代农业发展的要求,必须加快农业经营方式转变步伐,推进农业技术进步,加强新型农民的培养,加大对农业的支持保护力度。
Since the year of 2004,the transfer of agriculture surplus labour has come into a transition stage in our country.It was represented as the following aspects those the migrant worker of neozoic era obtained the employment in non-agriculture,the wages began to tend towards the same between migrant worker and non-migrant worker,and the capital input in agriculture production increased rapidly in proportion.The replacement for capital to labour made modernization degree of agriculture production enhance a lot,and it marked that our country has been come into a key stage of overall pushing on agriculture modernization.In order to adapt to the development of modern agriculture,it must quicken the transformation of management pattern and the technical progress in agriculture,and strengthen the culture of new-type peasant.In addition,it should still strengthen the protection potency for agriculture powerfully.
