摘要
根据重庆市大型科学仪器资源共享工作的前期推进情况,指出大型科学仪器资源共享立法建设的必要性。并建议首先从大型科学仪器资源共享和新购大型科学仪器设备联合评议两个方面着手立法,以此带动整个科技资源共享相关立法工作的展开;同时,通过一系列制度建设来共同保证共享工作的顺利进行。
According to the current situation of the sharing the large-scale scientific instruments of Chongqing,we pointed out the necessity for its legislation.Then,we suggested the legislation of the sharing the large-scale scientific instruments and combined review on new purchased large-scale scientific instrument should be developed firstly,and the whole legislation of shared technology resource will be bringed along.Meanwhile,system construction should be carried out to guarantee the business go on wheels.
