摘要
为给公共交通票价票制的整合提供决策参考,从理论上研究了轨道交通与常规公交换乘优惠问题。根据福利经济学理论,分析了轨道交通与常规公交运营协调系统的消费者剩余和生产者剩余;并以社会福利最大化为目标,建立了换乘优惠的非线性规划模型,同时给出了模型求解步骤,以确定轨道交通与常规公交运营协调方向、换乘优惠率、同步发车间隔和车辆衔接富余时间等决策变量。结合算例,对比分析了协调控制情况下换乘优惠实施前后换乘网络的运营效果。结果表明,实行换乘优惠能增加整个运营系统的社会福利,其中消费者剩余和生产者剩余分别增加了7.13%和2.95%。
Transfer benefit between rail transit and bus transit is studied in theory for providing a reference for the integration of public transport fares.According to the theory of welfare economics,the consumer surplus and producer surplus of coordination system between rail transit and bus transit are analyzed.And taking maximizing social welfare as the target,a nonlinear programming model for transfer benefit is proposed.At the same time,the steps to solve the model are introduced to determine the decision-making variables such as coordination direction,transfer discount rate,common headway and slack time.Based on the example,the comparative analysis is performed on operation effect of transfer network before and after the implementation of transfer benefit under coordination control.The results show that the implementation of transfer benefit can increase social welfare of operation system,the consumer surplus and producer surplus are increased 7.13% and 2.95% respectively.4 tabs,12 refs.
