摘要
随着我国高校科研体制的完善,出现了一些较为成熟的高校科研管理信息系统,但这些系统主要针对科研项目、成果、经费和统计报表等管理,而具有项目管理与绩效考评功能的综合信息系统较少。笔者采用B/S(Browser/Server)结构,构建具有科研项目管理和绩效考评综合功能的管理系统,实现科研项目的申报、评审、查询、绩效计算、用户管理等一体化管理。
With the improvement of university scientific research mechanics in China, there are some mature scientific research management information systems. But these systems tend to focus on the management of scientific research projects, funds, statistic tables, and so on. There are few such integrated systems that are able to manage projects and valuate performances. In this paper, the B/S （Browser/Server） framework is used to construct the system which integrates scientific research projects management and performances evaluation. This system is capable of the application, review, query, performances evaluation of scientific research projects and user management, etc.
