摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)的病因和发病机制尚未完全明确,初始CD4^+T细胞分化异常在其发生、发展过程中起重要作用。初始CD4^+T细胞可分化为调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)和Th17细胞,Treg/Th17细胞间的失衡将导致包括IBD在内的多种自身免疫病的发生。初始CD4^+T细胞周围的细胞因子和芳香烃受体对维持该平衡起重要作用。本文就Treg细胞和Th17细胞及其与IBD的关系作一综述。
The etiology and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) have not been well clarified,the abnormal differentiation of naive CD4~+ T cells is believed to play a critical role in the development of IBD.Naive CD4~+ T cells can differentiate into regulatory T cells(Treg cells) and Th17 cells,the imbalance of Treg/Th17 cells will cause various kinds of autoimmune disease including IBD.Cytokines around the naive CD4~+ T cells and aryl hydrocarbon receptor play important roles in maintaining the balance.This article reviewed Treg cells,Th17 cells and their relationship with IBD.
