摘要
教师自主学习是指教师在专业成长目标指引下的、积极主动参与学习的、引起教师专业知识和能力生长变化的过程。教师自主学习是教师专业成长的核心,具有能动性、创造性、独立性、灵活性、有效性、目的性等特征。高校教师自主学习的动力将直接影响其专业发展,进而影响高等教育质量。对高校教师自主学习的内外动力因素分析,能有效地寻找到激发教师自主学习的策略,促进教师专业成长,实现自我价值。
Teachers' self- learning refers to the proe.ess in which teachers study actively and independently to enrich professional knowledge and improve professional competence under the guidance of professional development goal.Teachers' self- learning is the core of professional develolpment which is characterized by initiative, creativity, independence, flexibility, validity, objective and so on. The motive for university teachers' self- learning will have a direct influence on their professional development which will further affect the whole quality of higher education. The analysis of internal and external motive factors for self- learning in this paper may help university teachers effectively obtain corresponding self- learning measttres, achieve their professional development and realize their selfvalue.
