摘要
目的:探讨硫酸吗啡控释片与盐酸羟考酮控释片对癌性内脏痛的治疗效果差异。方法:将癌性内脏痛患者122例随机均分为A、B两组,每组各61例并分别给予盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗与硫酸吗啡控释片,硫酸吗啡控释片基础用量为10 mg/次,2次/d,持续用药2个月。收集观察药物使用剂量、不良反应及治疗有效率三类指标,应用统计学手段(χ2检验和t检验)将两组患者的各项指标分别进行对比分析。结果:两组患者治疗有效率均超过90%,且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗的患者人均控释剂量、平均解救剂总量及副作用反应次数三项指标均少于接受硫酸吗啡控释片治疗的患者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗癌性内脏痛具有用药量少、效果显著、副作用较少的优点,值得进一步应用和推广。
Objective： To discuss the differences between curative effect of Morphine Sulfate Controlled-release Tablets and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets in the treatment of visceral pain of cancer.Methods： A total of 122 cancer patients with visceral pain were randomly divided into group A and group B,each of 61 cases.Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets and Morphine Sulfate Controlled-release Tablets were chosen separately to group A and group B,Morphine Sulfate Controlled-release Tablets with the dosage of 10 mg each time and 2 times per day for a course of 2 months.Three indicators,inclnding dosage of drug,adverse effects and treatment effectiveness,were collected to compare the curative efficiency of two groups based on statistical tests（χ2 test and t test）.Results： The curative efficiency rate of two groups were both higher than 90%,and there was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.The average total amount of rescue agents and the frequency of adverse reaction of patients with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled release Tablets treatment were all less than patients who received Morphine Sulfate Controlled-release Tablets treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The use of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets in treatment of visceral cancer was more worthy of further application and promotion with the advantage of less medication,significant effect and fewer adverse effects.
