摘要
以山东省134个县(市、区)为评价单元,从投入强度、利用程度、产出效果和可持续状况4个层面构建了耕地集约利用评价指标体系,运用均方差权数决策法计算指标权重,采用综合指数法计算2008年县(市、区)耕地利用的集约度。结果显示,山东省耕地利用集约度空间差异显著,表现为鲁中南地区低于鲁西区和鲁北滨海区;通过结构差异的分析,认清耕地集约利用短板,采取不同的对策促进耕地集约利用水平升级。
With 134 counties in Shandong Province as evaluation units, this paper establishes an evaluation index system of cultivated land intensive use taking into account land investment degree, the degree of utilization, the effect of output and sustained condition. The weight of each index was calculated with the mean square difference method, and the cultivated land use intensity of the counties in 2008 was calculated with the method of comprehensive index. The results show that there is an evident spatial difference in the intensive use degree of cultivated land in Shandong Province, with the degree of the middle and southern areas being lower than that of the western and northern coastal areas. Through the analysis of the structural differences, we get a clear understanding of the short-board of cultivated land intensive use and take different measures to promote the upgrading of cultivated land intensive use.
