摘要
采用CTOD试验方法,对SA516-Gr70低温钢窄间隙自动焊焊接接头不同区域、不同取样位置的低温CTOD断裂阻力曲线及其特征值进行了比较研究,结果表明,焊接接头中存在着明显的力学性能不均匀性;焊缝金属和熔合区的低温断裂韧性均优于母材金属;沿板厚方向,后焊区域的低温断裂韧性优于高于先焊区域。
In this paper,CTOD test method was adopted.SA516-Gr70 steel welded joints at low temperature in different regions,different low-temperature sample locations and characteristics of CTOD fracture resistance curves were compared and studied.The results showed that there existed obvious heterogeneity in the mechanical properties of the welded joints.The weld metal and fusion zone was better than the low temperature fracture toughness of the base metal.The low-temperature fracture toughness performance in the zone after welding was higher than that of the zone of the first welding along the thickness direction.
