摘要
论述了创新文化、管理型文化、信息型文化在整合图书馆服务机制中的作用与地位,提出图书馆服务机制的有效整合离不开创新文化、管理型文化、信息型文化建设的观点。
This paper discusses the functions and positions of innovation culture, management culture and information culture in the integration of library＇s service mechanism, and puts forward the opinion that the effective integration of library＇s service mechanism can＇t do without the construction of innovation culture, management culture and information culture.
