摘要
目的:分析重症和危重症手足口病的临床特征以指导临床诊断和治疗。方法:对2010年3月～2010年7月在我院确诊重症和危重症手足口病的患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果:重症患儿年龄最小7月,最大5.25岁。病程中均有发热、皮疹,起病发热占80.6%,手足皮疹占55.6%。痊愈22例(61.1%),好转6例(16.7%),未愈4例(11.1%),死亡4例(11.1%)。结论:重症手足口病病情进展快,预后差,及时诊断和治疗很关键。
Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of severe and critical Hand-foot-and-mouth disease（HFMD） in children.Methods： A retrospective study of clinical data of children patients with severe and critical illness of HFMD from March 2010 ~ July 2010 in our hospital was performed.Results： The youngest patient was 7 months old,while the oldest was 5.25 years old.All patients suffered from fever and skin rash.Among all patients,80.6% patients had a fever at beginning,55.6% had skin rash on hands and feet;11.1% died,11.1% were uncovered,16.7% improved and 61.1% recovered.Conclusions： Most of the children were cured,but the severely and critically ill children is thorny.Accurate diagnosis and treatment is critical.
