摘要
针对直缝埋弧焊管生产线无损检测过程中出现的耦合剂损坏液压元件、油液渗漏以及检测车故障等问题,通过对焊管机组部分液压系统的优化改进,合并了液压站并改进了检测车和倒棱机的同步方式,同时合理地加大液压系统液压管的通径,实现了有效资源的充分利用,大量节约了电能,降低了液压系统的油耗,延长了阀件的使用寿命,降低了维修工人的劳动量,提高了设备的完好率和利用率。
Aiming at some problems occurred during non-destructive inspection in production of longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe unit, such as hydraulic components are damaged by couplant, oil leakage and detecting trolley breakdown. Through optimizing parts of hydraulic system of welded pipe unit, it merged hydraulie station, improved synchronous mode of detecting trolley and chamfering machine, reasonably enlarged hydraulic pipe diameter of hydraulic system. These measures can effectively utilize resource, greatly save electricity energy, reduce oil consumption in oil system, and prolong the life of valves, lower labor work force and increased the competence and utilizing rate of equipment.
