摘要
综述了综合性医院病区分类研究中护理工作量和病情两项标准及常用的测量工具,为综合性医院病区分类、人力资源配置提供依据。
It reviewed the common measuring tools of nursing workload and pathogenetic condition in ward classification research in general hospitals at home and in abroad,and provided the evidences for ward classification and human resources allocation in general hospitals.
