摘要
为探索大青杨秋季自然降温下的低温适应机制,分别于9月8日、9月21日、10月6日3个时期对大青杨叶片总蛋白质进行提取,经双向电泳及质谱鉴定,成功鉴定45个差异表达蛋白,其中40个蛋白表达量上调2倍以上,5个蛋白表达量下调2倍以上。功能分类表明,22个蛋白与胁迫响应相关,12个与呼吸作用相关,9个与光合作用相关,5个参与其它生命过程,另有4个属于功能未知蛋白。生物信息学分析推测,所鉴定的差异蛋白参与大青杨秋季自然降温及短光周期诱导下完成的低温驯化过程。
Two-dimensional gel eleetrophoresis (2-DE) eoupled with mass spectrometry was adopted to determine the protein expression patterns of Populus ussuriensis leaves during three growth stages in order to explore the acclimation mechanism of P. ussuriensis at natural low temperature. A total of 45 differentially expressed proteins were identified, among which 40 proteins were up-regulated expression, and 5 proteins were down-regulated. Gene ontology analysis indicates that 22 proteins related to stress response, 12 to respiration, 9 to photosynthesis, 5 are involved in other metabolism processes, and 4 are unknown proteins. Bioinformaties analysis indicates that the identified differential proteins are involved in low-temperature acclimation of P. ussuriensis at natural low temperature or under short photoperiod induction in spring.
