摘要
为了使新研制的刚度测量台在伺服阀弹簧管刚度的高精度测量中得到很好地应用,在对传统的手工吊砝码施力、显微镜读取变形的弹簧管刚度测量老方法的受力变形分析的基础上,推导出弹簧管力矩-转角刚度与显微镜观测点线位移的表达关系式,然后选取多个弹簧管进行两种测量方法的对比实验,对实验数据进行分析并同理论推导的表达式进行对比,修正其关系式,给出实际生产应用中两种测量方法的转换修正系数和对应表达式,据此可以将弹簧管刚度测量老方法转换为新型刚度测量台测量方式。
Aims at making the stiffness measuring instrument which is newly manufactured well used in high-accuracy stiffness measuring of spring-tube of electro-hydraulic.Based on the analysis of stress deformation in traditional stiffness measuring of spring-tube,in which the weights are manually hanged to exert force and the deformation is observed by microscope,the relational expression between moment-angular stiffness of spring-tube as well as the relational expression of linear displacement observed by microscope is deduced.Then several spring-tubes are selected for the comparative experiment of two measuring methods.The experimental data is analyzed and compared with the theoretical formula to modify the expression,so the correction coefficient of transformation between two measuring methods and the corresponding expression are presented,which can be used in practical producing.Hereby,the old stiffness measuring method of spring-tube can be transformed to new stiffness measuring method by use of stiffness measuring instrument.
