摘要
简要介绍中国进出口商品交易会的基本情况,深入分析广交会的竞争情报获取的优势条件,包括来源优势、成本优势、时空优势和信誉优势。进而阐述与会企业情报活动的目标,在说明竞争情报四分卫法概念的基础上,从会展前策划、会展期间搜集和会展后总结三方面探讨企业竞争情报活动在广交会中的具体实施。
Exhibition is one of the main sources of information for enterprises to gain the competitive intelligence. Firstly, this paper introduces briefly the China Import and Export Fair, then analyzes deeply the advantages of the fair in gaining the competitive intelligence and the goal of enterprises intelligence activities, finally applies quarterbacking to propose the measures to get competitive intelligence from three aspects: the plan before exhibition, the collection during the exhibition and the conclusion after the exhibition.
