摘要
采用动电位极化方法和慢应变速率拉伸试验(SSRT)研究了15#钢在含H_2S/CO_2的NaCl环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,15#钢在NaCl溶液、NaCl-CO_2溶液、NaCl-CO_2-H_2S溶液和NaCl-H_2S溶液中的电化学行为均表现出活化溶解状态,而没有出现活化-钝化转变区,腐蚀速率依次逐渐增大;15#钢在以上四种溶液中的断面收缩率依次减小,脆性系数依次增大,应力腐蚀开裂敏感性依次增加。
The corrosion behaviors of an oil pipeline steel in NaCI solutions coutaining carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide were studied by electrochemical experiments and slow strain rate test(SSRT). The results of electrochemical experiments of 15 #steel showed a state of active dissolution without active-passive transition, and the corrosion rate increased as the following order: in NaC1 solution〈 in NaC1-CO2 solution〈 in NaC1-CO2-H2S solution 〈in NaCl- H2 S solution, SSRT showed that the reduction in area decreased as the following order: in NaC1 2〉 in NaC1-CO2 〉 in NaC1-CO2-H2S 2〉 in NaC1-H2S solution. But the brittleness and stress corrosion cracking sensitivity increased gradually under the same conditions.
