摘要
目的回顾总结1991至2010年我院住院糖尿病患者的死亡原因,分析糖尿病患者死亡原因的特点及其变化,为本地区糖尿病的临床流行病学研究提供初步资料。方法采用国际死因分类法-10(ICD-10)进行死因分类,利用Epidata3.0进行数据输入,利用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计学分析。结果分析比较1991至2010年间的住院糖尿病患者的死亡原因,结果显示,心血管疾病由前10年死亡原因的第2位上升至后10年的第1位,在以糖尿病并发症为主要死因的患者中,感染所占的比例逐年上升。结论心血管疾病是住院糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因,脑血管疾病、糖尿病肾病作为糖尿病死亡的重要原因应受到重视。
Objective To provide preliminary clinical data for regional epidemiologic studies in diabetes by reviewing and analyzing the causes of death of hospitalized diabetic patients in our hospital during 1991 to 2010. Methods Causes of death were classified according to international death classification-10 （ICD-10） ,data entry was completed in Epidata3.0,and statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS12.0 software. Results Cardiovascular disease was the common cause of death for hospitalized diabetic patients during these ：20 years. In diabetic complications as the main cause of death of patients, the proportion of infections increased. Conclusion Cardiovascular disease was the leading cause of death in hospitalized diabetic patients, cerebral vascular disease and diabetic nephropathy should be taken seriously as a significant cause of death.
