摘要
采用2.0kV/cm、3.0kV/cm、4.0kV/cm和5.0kV/cm 4种强度电场处理甜高粱种子,比较不同强度电场处理下甜高粱根、茎、叶等器官的产量以及茎秆糖分含量的变化规律。结果表明,2.0kV/cm×5min的静电剂量是增加甜高粱生物产量和干物质积累的最佳剂量;电场作用有利于甜高粱秸秆内蔗糖向葡萄糖和果糖的转化。
Electrostatic field is a commonly used technology of agricultural production.In the study,seeds of sweet sorghum were treated by different electrostatic field intensities(2.0kV/cm,3.0kV/cm,4.0kV/cm and 5.0kV/cm).Changes on biomass of root,stalk and leaves and sugar content of sweet sorghum stalk were compared.The results indicated that the optimum static dose was 2.0kV/cm×5min,since it could increase the sweet sorghum biomass and dry matter accumulation.Static electricity treatment could help sucrose turn into the fructose and the glucose.
