年轻女性乳腺癌病人生育能力保存研究进展

摘要 近年来年轻乳腺癌的发病人数正逐年上升。2009年美国SEER数据显示，发病年龄〈35岁和〈45岁的乳腺癌分别占乳腺癌总人数的1．9％和12．1％。我国发病年龄〈45岁的乳腺癌病例约占27.3％。随着乳腺癌综合诊治技术不断提高，乳腺癌5年总体存活率〉89％。因此，乳腺癌病人生育能力的保存问题显得紧迫而且重要。
