摘要
目的:提取甘草中抗癌活性物质角鲨烯,对提取溶剂、提取方法及工艺参数进行选择优化。方法:以浸膏得率和角鲨烯含量为评价指标,对提取溶剂和提取方法进行选择,并通过单因素实验和正交试验对实验参数进行优化。结果:以石油醚为提取溶剂,采用超声波法,在50℃下超声处理40min。在此条件下,浸膏得率为0.78%,浸膏中角鲨烯含量为0.33%。结论:超声波法提取简便易行,优化后的工艺能有效提取甘草中的角鲨烯,为甘草综合利用提供了依据。
Objective:This article was to study the extraction of bioactive substance squalene from Glycyrrhiza uralensis,and to optimize its technic extracting technique.Methods:The optimum extraction process was selected by One-factor experimental design and orthogonal design using the dry extract rate and the squalene content as evaluation index to compare the effect of extraction.Results:The optimum extraction process was that added 15 times petroleum ether and soaked for 10 hours and then sonicated for 40 minutes under 50℃.Under the optimized condition,the dry extract rate was 0.78% and contained 0.33% squalene.Conclusion:The ultrasonic method is simple for extracting squalene from Glycyrrhiza uralensis,and the optimization extraction technology is efficient.It can provide the basis for comprehensive use of glycyrrhiza.
