压风细水雾在受限空间内灭火特性的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为提供一种适于煤矿防灭火需求的细水雾技术,提出了以压风为动力,通过自行设计的气液两相流雾化器,实现细水雾技术在煤矿的应用。建立了小尺度受限空间灭火实验平台,通过实验对利用压风生雾技术进行灭火的有效性进行了研究。研究表明:压风细水雾能有效熄灭受限空间内煤火,灭火迅速且效果明显。压风细水雾对CO等有毒有害气体生成具有明显的抑制作用,且能有效消减火场烟气,提高能见度,可为火场救灾提供良好基础。 In order to apply water mist technology on coal combustion in mine, we proposes a new type of Compressed Air - Water Mist technology for mine fire prevention and extinguishing, which contains a two - phase flow atomization device that can produce water mist with compressed air. We built a small scale compartment with compressed air - water mist for restraining coal combustion in a confined space, then investigated the restraining efficiency and related factors. Then the study finds that compressed air - water mist has the potential to reduce the. intensity of coal combustion in confined space, lower the toxic and harmful gas, reduce suspended particulate matter and improve visibility. It can ensure the evacuation and fire rescue operation go with a swing.
