摘要 设计了一款超声波测控液位系统,它以单片机AT89S51为控制核心,控制超声波的发射与接收装置,利用超声波测距的原理测出液位的高度值通过显示器显示出来,并与预设定液位进行比较,根据比较结果值去控制阀门的开关与蜂鸣器报警。该系统测控液位不必浸入水中,使用方便,而且安全可靠,具有很强的实用性和灵活性,可推广用于工业生产中。该系统已经通过软、硬件调试,硬件系统测量液位在10~160cm范围内,可靠性与准确性极强,性能良好。 A liquid level control system is designed in this paper. It based on AT89S51 which control the ultrasonic transmitter and receiver, and usees the ultrasonic distance-measurement principle to measure the liquid level height that displayed in the monitor. Still the system will compared the hquid level height with pre-set liquid bit, and it will according to the comparison value to control valve switch and buzzer alarm. The system is not immersed in water level when monitoring and control the liquid level. The system is easy to use, and very safe ,reliable, highly practical and flexible. It can be used extendedly in industrial production. The system has passed the hardware and software debugging, which shows its performance is good, and with strong reliability and accuracy.
