摘要
以锌、铝、镧硝酸盐为原料,采用阴离子交换法制得ZnAlLa-CO32-类水滑石,通过XRD、FT-IR分析样品的物相结构、结晶度以及插层阴离子的种类.结果表明,在制备条件为:n(La3+)/n(Al 3+)不高于1/8,pH=8.0,阴离子交换时间为1.0~2.0h,碳酸钠为理论所需用量的2倍时,得到了结晶度好、纯度高的ZnAlLa-CO23-类水滑石.
The ZnA1La-CO3^- hydrotalcite was synthesized by anion exchange with nitrate of zinc, aluminum and lanthanum, and the phase structure, crystallinity and species of intercalated anion were characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The results showed that ZnAlLa CO3^2+ hydrotalcite with high crystallinity and purity can be synthesized by the method mentioned when n(La3+)/ n(AP+) was not more than 1/8,pH:8.0, the time of anion exchange was 1.0-2.0 h and the dosage of sodium carbonate was equal to the double stoffmenge in the theory of requirements.
