摘要
目的研究山西省某医学院校在校研究生的心理健康与就业压力状况,以便为高校管理部门有针对性地开展心理健康教育和就业指导工作提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和就业压力调查表对山西省某医学院校693名在校研究生进行问卷调查和分析。结果山西省某医学院校在校研究生的SCL-90各因子中除偏执外,其他因子评分均高于全国青年组常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性在校研究生就业压力大于男性(P<0.05),预防专业在校研究生就业压力大于其他专业(P<0.05),非独生子女就业压力大于独生子女(P<0.05)。结论在校研究生心理健康状况较差,就业压力较大,相关部门应该采取有效措施减轻在校研究生的就业压力,促进其身心健康。
Objective To investigate the current status of mental health and employment stress among medical school postgraduates in Shanxi,so as to provide evidences for mental health education and employment guidance for higher education authorities.Methods A survey was conducted among 693 postgraduates from a medical university in Shanxi by using the SCL-90 and employment stress questionnaire.Results Except for the domain of paranoid,all SCL-90 sub-scores for the interviewed postgraduates were statistically higher as compared with normal Chinese(P0.05).The employment stress was found to be greater in female than in male postgraduates(P0.05),among postgraduates majoring in preventive medicine than in those majoring in other specialties(P0.05),and in postgraduates with than those without siblings at home(P0.05).Conclusion Current postgraduates at medical schools are experiencing poor mental health than Chinese normal.As such,relevant measures should be implemented by administrative authorities to alleviate employment stress and ensure mental health for these postgraduates.
