摘要
为了探讨集料对混凝土边界效应的影响机理,利用计算机模拟技术,分析了在等体积分数分布下多尺度椭圆形集料的最大粒径和面积分数对混凝土边界效应的影响.基于体视学理论,在构造的多尺度椭圆形集料随机堆积模型中,采用线采样的方法获取模型化混凝土结构的固相体积分数.模拟结果显示,混凝土结构中固相体积分数曲线形状和界面过渡区厚度随集料最大粒径增大而发生变化.通过统计分析得出集料面积分数的变化不改变固相体积分数的曲线形状,但是,界面过渡区厚度随集料面积分数的变化而发生改变.基于模拟结果,利用数学拟合方法给出了集料的固相体积分数表达式.
To investigate the effect of aggregates on the wall effect of concrete,influence of the maximum size and the area fraction of multi-sized elliptical aggregates with equal volume fraction distribution on the wall effect of concrete are presented by computer simulation.Based on stereological theorems,the method of linear sampling is applied to derive the volume fraction of solid phase in the model of the multi-sized elliptical aggregate random packing.The results of simulation show that the shape of the solid volume fraction curves and thicknesses of interfacial transition zone are changing as the maximum size of aggregates ascending.Based on the statistic analysis,the shape of the solid volume fraction curves are similar for different area fractions of aggregates.However,thicknesses of interfacial transition zone vary with the area fractions of aggregates.Finally,based on these simulation results,the solid volume fraction of aggregate is expressed by mathematical regression.
