摘要
回顾水利工程建设中发生的疾病流行等问题,分析水利工程建设由于蓄水、灌溉引起水环境变化,施工人员聚集、移民安置、生活环境条件改变引发疾病的因素;论述与工程相关的自然疫源性疾病、虫媒传染病、介水传染病和地方病流行特点、传播途径及对人群健康的影响;提出防疫、检疫、库底及施工区卫生清理、饮用水卫生、疾病防治等措施。
The environmental medicine problems of disease spread during the construction period of water conservancy projects were reviewed.First,the factors that result in disease,including aquatic environmental change due to impoundment or irrigation of the projects,gathering of construction workers,migration resettlement,and living condition change,were analyzed.Then,the epidemic features,transmission routes,and health damage of major diseases related to the projects,including natural focus disease,insect-borne disease,water-borne disease,and endemic disease,were examined.Some measures for anti-epidemic action,quarantine,sanitary clearance of the regions to be inundated and constructed, drinking water quality improvement,and disease prevention and treatment were recommended.
