摘要
在总结前期研究的基础上,运用数据分析手段,分析了我国资源枯竭城市产业结构不合理,产业转型方向趋同,建成区低密度蔓延等特征和问题,并依据产业、生态、民生三大转型要素和四大城市类型,在产业链条延伸、潜力产业挖掘、土地复垦、棚户区改造等方面提出了各自的转型路径选择,最后提出了确保转型的政策支撑建议。
In reference to the resource-exhausted City’s studies,this paper firstly indicated resource-exhausted cities’ characteristics and problems by using data analysis mathod.Then the paper analysed the restructuring measures of different resources cities by three transition elements which are industry,ecology and people’s livelihood.The paper also gave the choice of different transition paths according to different resource categories of cities.Finally,the article proposed the policy support to ensure the transition.
