摘要
以3-戊酮与3,4-二甲基苯胺为底物,研究了酸性离子液体催化合成N-(3-亚戊基)-3,4-二甲基苯胺。实验结果表明缩合产物收率可达92%,羧酸型酸性离子液体具有催化活性高和选择性好的优点,且可稳定重复使用7次。该催化工艺操作简单,后处理方便,具有良好的工业化应用前景。
The reaction of pentan-3-one with 3,4-dimethylaniline catalyzed by acidic ionic liquids was studied.The condensation product N-(pentan-3-ylidene)-3,4-dimethyl aniline which is the important intermediate of pendimethalin was obtained with up to 92% yield.Carboxylic acid type acidic ionic liquids displayed excellent catalytic activity and selectivity,and could be reused for at least seven times.This new method as a green technology has good prospects for industrial application.
