摘要
目的探讨鼻T/NK细胞淋巴瘤雌激素受体(ER)和p53蛋白(P53)表达及相关性。方法采用SP免疫组化法,对比检测30例观察组鼻T/NK细胞淋巴瘤患者、15例对照组鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌和15例正常组鼻粘膜慢性炎症组织中ER和P53表达情况。结果观察组ER和P53阳性表达率分别为30.00%和50.00%,与对照组20.00%和53.33%比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但与正常组无表达比较均有显著意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组ER在胞浆的表达率77.78%,P53全部表达于胞核,ER和P53同时表达率为20.00%,ER和P53表达缺乏明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 ER和P53的表达可以作为鼻T/NK细胞淋巴瘤的诊断指标之一。
Objective To discuss the expression of estrogen receptor（ER）and p53 protein（P53）in nasal T/NK cell lymphoma and their correlation.Methods SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of ER and P53 in tissue samples from 30 cases of nasal T/NK cell lymphoma（observation group）,15 cases of nasal cavity and sinuses squamous carcinoma（control group）and 15 cases of nasal mucosa chronic inflammation（normal group）.Results The positive expression ratios of ER and P53 in the observation group were 30.00% and 50.00%,while in the control group those were 20.00% and 53.33% respectively.There were no significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.But compared with the no expression in the normal group,the expressions of ER and P53 in the observation group were significant（P0.05 or P0.01）.The expression ratio of ER in endochylema was 77.78% in the observation group,and P53 was only expressed in the cell nucleus.The simultaneous expression ratio of ER and P53 was 20.00% in this group,and there was no significant correlation between them（P0.05）.Conclusion The expression of ER and P53 might be one of the indexes to diagnosis of nasal T/NK cell lymphoma.
