摘要
以硅溶胶为浸渍处理液,采用真空加压复合工艺制备强化杨树复合木材。集中研究了前真空时间、浸渍压力、浸渍时间、后真空处理时间4个浸渍工艺因子对复合木材性能的影响。结果表明,延长前真空处理时间和提高浸渍压力可以获得较高增重率的复合木材;经真空加压处理后的硅溶胶复合木材抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量都得到提高,但为了获得较好的弯曲性能,不宜选用较高的浸渍压力和较长的浸渍时间。对于人工林杨树木材,在本研究条件下最适宜的浸渍处理工艺为:前真空时间20min,浸渍压力1.0MPa,浸渍时间30min,后真空时间为20min。
Silica sol composites were prepared through vacuum-pressure process.Focused on the mainly process factors,performance of composites was investigated.The results showed that the longer vacuum time before impregnating and higher impregnating pressure can improved weight percentage gain of composite wood.Through vacuum-pressure treatment,bending strength and elastic modulus of the composite wood were improved,but higher impregnating pressure and longer impregnating time may reduce the bending properties.The optimal impregnating process parameters for poplar wood,such a soft wood,were as follows: the vacuum time before impregnating was 20 min,impregnating pressure was 1.0MPa,impregnating time was 30min and the vacuum time after impregnating was 20 min.
